Career reflection and Individual research

This Evaluation covered four different categories: quality and impact, people development, process development and business development. Compared to my previous skills audit results, I have improved and successfully achieved the challenges that I set myself. The most important one was building an audience. Through constant social media presence and interaction, I have managed to create a network of contacts and target audience.
